OL MULA RESIDENTIAL PLOTS PHASE 1.

Oserian Two Lakes is a sustainable and environmentally friendly development scheme covering an area of 20,000 acres. The development will comprise the existing 16,000 acre Oserengoni wildlife sanctuary and future residential estates, leisure and hospitality facilities, business park, flower business park and light industrial estates. Ol–Mula is within the Oserengoni Wildlife sanctuary and near the La Pieve Village.

La Pieve Village contains the La Pieve farms, Farm Shop and Ranch House Bistro. These facilities, combined with the wildlife within the Oserengoni Wildlife Sanctuary offer those choosing to live within Ol–Mula a lifestyle of peace, comfort, convenience and outstanding natural beauty.

Ol Mula Hill

Ol–Mula is located within the Oserian Two Lakes Development on the boundary of the Oserengoni Wildlife Sanctuary and a short drive from La Pieve Village. Naivasha Town is a 35 minute drive away and Nairobi is a 2 hour drive away. Ol–Mula is in close proximity to the south lake flower farms and the geothermal fields at Olkaria.

Ol – Mula Phase 1 is made up of 16 residential plots of 1 acre or more. The plots are clustered in a ’V’ shape overlooking the wildlife sanctuary. The vacant plots are being sold on a 99 year sub-lease (from 2018) with land use and development restrictions. All buyers of plots within the development also buy shares into the management company which will oversea management of the estate and communal areas and communal services such as security. The plots can only be used for single unit residential purposes only. No commercial activities are permitted within Ol – Mula and plots cannot be subdivided.

Ol – Mula is a controlled development with property size restrictions, designated build areas within each plot, and architectural guidelines and restrictions in place. These controls have not been developed to restrict property owners, but to ensure they have the confidence that they are buying into a development scheme that ensures the natural beauty and quality lifestyle will be protected for all. The architectural restrictions will apply height limits to each property and ensure use of colour schemes that blend into the natural environment.
